The F-105 was a supersonic fighter-bomber that was heavily used in the Vietnam War for various missions, including bombing runs. During the Vietnam War, the 333rd Fighter Squadron conducted combat operations in Southeast Asia, primarily in North Vietnam and Laos. Their missions included close air support for ground troops, interdiction strikes against enemy targets, and bombing runs against key strategic targets.
